Earning Credits
As a user how do I earn credits?

You can now earn credits in multiple ways!

  1. Shop via our website
  2. Post a deal
  3. Share a deal
  4. Complete simple tasks

How Can I Tell If I'm Earning Credits?

Through purchases:

  • 1. Always click on the "Shop Now" or "Shop This Deal" buttons located on Shopcred to open the retailers online store.
  • 2. Shop are you normally do (The retailer will report to Shopcred the sale made if it was eligible for creds)
  • 3. You will receive an email and an alert in your Shopcred Inbox notifying you of your sale; generally within 3 hours from purchase.

Through website interaction:

  • 1. Achieve simple tasks on our website and we'll automatically assign you credits. At the top of our website you'll see your current credit balance, whist you complete simple tasks you'll see your balance increase!

It's that easy!

How do I track my Credit Earnings?

Visit the Click History page to see which stores you've clicked through that are being tracked. Once the store notifies us of your purchase, which can take a few hours, we'll update your credit balance and send you an email.

What if I earn credits than return, exchange or cancel the purchase?

Returned, cancelled and exchanged orders will void credits and they will be deducted from your Credit Balance.

To make sure that you will get your Credits on any exchanged orders, return the order and place an entirely new order at that store via Shopcred.

How do I redeem my credits?

Simply just click on 'Redeem' and choose your reward

All confirmed and available credit balances that total over 2000 are available for redemption.

What is the difference between 'Pending' and 'Available' Credits?

'Pending' is when your purchase has been tracked by the store and your credits are 'pending' prior to final confirmation from the store. Final confirmation is usually received after the return period of the goods or services has passed and/or the transaction is verified by the stores.

Available' credits are when the return period of the goods has passed and/or the transaction is verified by the stores.

Once your account has over 1000 credits balance, you can redeem them by clicking 'Redeem Credits' and choosing your reward.

Please be advised that once you have submitted or updated your existing bank account details you will need to wait 48 hours before submitting a payment request. Once requested, payments may take up to a maximum 5 business days to be processed.

My Credits have been reported lower than expected?

You can only eran Credits on the purchase price excluding GST and shipping, delivery and any other such costs.

If you still believe the credits are incorrect please submit an Enquiry on the help page under your account.

Deal Posting
How do I post a deal?

Navigate to the Home page and paste your deal URL into the 'Add a deal' input box.

We'll auto fill the details and you can edit or add your own into the dea. Then watch your deal be voted on and attain feedback.

How do I delete my deal?

You can not remove the deal yourself. You will need to contact a moderator and let them know why you want to remove your deal. It is up to the Moderators discretion as to whether they will remove the deal or not.

What things can I not post?
  • Duplicate deals
  • Advertising for the store instead of a deal
  • Affiliate/Referral Links
  • Links to private sales
  • Links to banned, illegal or inappropriate websites.
  • Personal Attacks
  • Foul Language

How do I vote on a deal?

If you like the deal then click on the 'love' icon, if the deal is a shocker then click on the 'no love' icon. But please be responsible in your use of the rating system.

Do you allow shilled or manufactured votes?

We do not tolerate manufactured votes, these are defined as any vote made that is not made in good faith based upon the merit of the deal. The can include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated votes
  • Solicited votes
  • Retaliatory votes.

Moderators can, at the their own discretion, delete any posts that they feel comes under the above restrictions.

Repeat abuse could result in:

  • Suspension of the ability of those involved in voting for that OP
  • Suspension of the OP's account
